What is the process for getting started?

Get started immediately by completing the signup process. Once you’re signed up, you can access a self-guided demo available directly in the platform to help you navigate and make the most of our features.

How quickly can I start accepting bookings?

You can start accepting bookings as soon as you’ve signed up, connected to Stripe for payment processing, and invited your clients. RideMinder comes equipped with default settings, allowing you to begin operations quickly and efficiently.

I'm a passenger / driver and need help?

RideMinder is the software platform that connections operators with their customers. Please reach out directly to the operator you are connected with for help.

How can I get support?
