What is the process for getting started?
The easiest way to get started is to complete the signup process. As soon as we have reviewed your account, you can get up and running. If you'd like a demo though, just reach out and we will be more than happy to walk you through.
How quickly do you activate accounts?
We aim to have all accounts reviewed within 48hours. In reality, it's often much faster than this.
I'm a passenger / driver and need help?
RideMinder is the software platform that connections operators with their customers. Please reach out directly to the operator you are connected with for help.
How can I get support?
We love working with customers. We make use of multiple channels for communication including Email, Slack and the good old telephone. Let us know what works best for you.
What if I have feature requests or find a bug?
